In this course, participants will learn how to effectively care for a loved one at the end of life. They will learn the ‘When’, ‘What’ and ‘How’ of End of Life Care. This course is run by a registered nurse who is specially trained in this area, with advanced training and qualifications that enable her to provide exceptional 1:1 or group training in end-of-life care.
2. Certificate In Understanding Autism
A certificate in understanding Autism is a pre-requisite for many of our Autism courses, your time will be spent with experienced professionals and carers who will show you how to tailor your service to meet the needs of those whom you support.
3. Certificate In Understanding Mental Health
Mental Health Awareness is a prerequisite for many of our Mental Health courses. This course provides an overview of mental health and disorders.
4. Certificate In Understanding The Care And Management Of Diabetes
Diabetes is a condition that can be managed but some individuals still require extra support, which we can help you provide.
5. Certificate In Understanding Principles Of Dementia Care
Dementia is both a condition and a disorder of the brain and can have many different symptoms. This course provides an overview of those with dementia from diagnosis through support and ultimately to the end of life.
6. Supporting Individuals With Learning Disabilities
This course is made up of 2 modules: the first is supporting individuals with learning disabilities, and the second is supporting individuals with mental health needs.
