This qualification will help you to develop the knowledge necessary for working in business improvement roles. This qualification is relevant for those who are currently employed, or are looking to become more employable. To be considered occupationally competent learners would also need to achieve the BIIAB Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Business Improvement Techniques (QCF) 601/6634/4, which can only be undertaken in the workplace, and for which this qualification provides knowledge that can be applied while undertaking it.
